General Machining
We are a full-service CNC machine shop with state-of-the-art machining capabilities that help our customers in all aspects of manufacturing their new and rebuilt equipment.
Our machining services include:
CNC Milling - 4 axis
7 CNC Milling centers with 4th axis capability up to 26" x 60" table travels for larger work piece. Machining from your CAD Models or drawings from prototype to production
CNC Turning
6 CNC Turning centers with capabilities from 1/4 diameter to 30" diameter work piece. Short run and long run production machining.
Swiss Machining
Swiss machining with multi-axis capabilities. Built for long and short run production parts ranging from 300 to 100,000 parts. With a 25MM bar capacity and auto bar loader this machine produces parts at a faster rate than traditional CNC lathes.
